Return Policy

Order Cancellations

We accept cancellations on orders before they have been shipped or production has begun. A full refund will be issued for canceled orders within this timeframe. Please note that cancellations are not possible once the item has been shipped.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

All returns are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item. If you used a tracked courier service, please verify delivery before contacting Customer Service. We will confirm via email once your return is complete.

Return Notes

  • Custom or Personalized Items:Β Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable, unless there is a verified quality issue.
  • Return Shipping Fees:Β If the return is due to personal preference, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. Specific costs may vary based on your chosen courier service.
  • Shipping Errors or Damage:Β If the return is due to our error, such as incorrect or damaged items, we will cover the return shipping fees.
  • Restocking Fees:Β No restocking fees are applied to returns.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, please follow these steps:
